I'm Fardan Khalid — Ahmad Fardan Khalid on paper. I've lived and worked in the Gulf all my life, and my career has been about one thing: helping people and institutions make large financial decisions well.

Banking

For more than 20 years I worked in private banking and wealth management at Standard Chartered, Barclays, Citi, HSBC and First Abu Dhabi Bank, advising high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients. That's where I learned to look at every opportunity through risk, return, liquidity and structure.

Development

I then held senior roles on government-led urban development projects in Pakistan, with RUDA and PCBDCA — seeing large-scale development from the planning and public-sector side.

UAE real estate

Since September 2023 I've been with H&S Holdings. I'm Executive Director for the Northern Emirates and Dubai at H&S Real Estate, the group's brokerage. At DECA Properties, the group's developer, I set up and run the Channel Partners team — working with a network of around 4,000 brokerages — and lead sales for DECA's projects. I also work with landowners on joint ventures, structure partner deals, and advise on development and contractor financing and capital raising.
